Shipping policy
All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on all EU orders over €49. No code necessary — free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT. As a VAT-registered business under the EU OSS (One Stop Shop) regime, applicable VAT is collected at checkout. Please note that orders are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas. While VAT is included in the price you pay, customs duties or import fees may occasionally be assessed by local authorities depending on your country's regulations. In the unlikely event that such charges are applied, these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order if you have any concerns.
As orders are processed quickly, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or adjustments after an order is placed. However, you retain your full right to return items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy and EU consumer rights.
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. Please note that all delivery times listed below are estimated.
