Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the Netherlands only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6-10 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can track your package directly from the link in the email.

I entered the wrong shipping address - what do I do?

No worries! Email us at info@avelamaison.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it right away.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes - if your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, just email us at info@avelamaison.com with your order number and we'll cancel it for you, no questions asked. Once an order has been fulfilled, we're unable to cancel it.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, email us right away and we'll do our best to update sizing, color, or items. Once fulfilled, changes aren't possible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return if it doesn't fit?

Yes! You have 30 days from delivery to return any item - no questions asked. Contact us at info@avelamaison.com and we'll sort it out.

I ordered the wrong size - what do I do?

No stress! Contact us at info@avelamaison.com within 30 days and we'll sort it out.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at info@avelamaison.com with a photo of the damaged item and its original packaging, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - no questions asked.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

How do I know which size to order?

Look for the "Size Chart" link - it's just under the size buttons (XS, S, M, L, XL). Tap it and a size guide will pop up instantly.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Yes, our sizing follows standard EU sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend checking the size chart for exact measurements rather than going by size label alone.

Is the color exactly as shown in the photos?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We always photograph our products in natural light to show the most accurate colors possible.

What materials are your clothes made from?

Material details are listed on each individual product page under the description. We prioritize quality, breathable fabrics designed to last.

Payment & Security

Is my payment secure?

Yes - 100%. We use Stripe for payments. Your card details are never stored on our site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Klarna, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay.
